Waterford distillery call an ex-Guiness brewery their home, they established the distillery in 2015 with their first whiskey releasing in 2020.
 
The brand was founded by ex-Bruichladdich distillery co-owner Mark Reynier. His ambition was to create single farm origin whiskey, with each farms barley imparting it's own unique profile or 'terroir' into the spirit. Each single farm release follows the same distillation and maturation process, with the differing flavour profile coming from said barley.
 
This Irish single malt draws on wine-world concepts, bringing together single farm origin whiskies, each with distinctive characters, in order to make its Cuvée Argot
 
Nose: Fresh citrus fruit with a fresh grass feel
 
Palate: Tropical fruit comes through with ginger spice & BBQ smoke
 
Finish: Light pepper spice with fresh bonfire smoke
