Signal Hill is matured in a combination of new white oak, ex-bourbon casks, and Canadian whisky casks. This triple-cask approach brings complexity and smoothness.
 
It is non-chill filtered, meaning the whisky retains its natural oils and full body—something more often associated with single malt whisky than Canadian blends
 
Signal Hill was designed to be welcoming to new whisky drinkers while still offering enough depth for enthusiasts—making it both versatile and distinctive within the Canadian whisky category.
 
Nose: vanilla, caramel, honey, & dried fruit
 
Palate: Smooth & creamy. Toffee, toasted cereal, ripe apple, & butterscotch, with gentle peppery spice
 
Finnish: Medium-long, soft, & warming, with lingering vanilla sweetness, oak spice, & a touch of cocoa
