Shinju Aged 8 years

Shinju 8 year old

Japanese Whisky 40% ABV

Shinju 8 Year Old is a relatively lesser-known but highly regarded Japanese whisky that has caught the attention of whisky enthusiasts in recent years

As the name suggests, the whisky is aged for 8 years, which gives it enough time to develop complexity and depth, but without losing the light, delicate character typical of many Japanese whiskies

The Shinju Whisky brand is produced by a relatively small, independent distillery located in Japan. While it may not have the same recognition as some of the larger Japanese distilleries like Suntory or Nikka, Shinju is growing in popularity & recognition, especially in global whisky markets like the United States & Europe. Japanese whisky as a whole has been gaining a great deal of attention in recent years due to the unique flavours.
