Knob Creek is a small batch bourbon produced by Jim Beam, distilled in a more traditional style. It is named for the area in Kentucky where Abraham Lincoln grew up
Nose: Oak is a strong feature in the expression, pulling from the time spent in the barrel.
Palate: Again Oak with a rich, sweet vanilla belly. Hints of caramel also present.
Finish: A long & pleasant woody oil coats the mouth, making it water for another sip.
