Founded in 1897 on the site of the old West Brewery in Elgin & nestled on the banks of the River Lossie, Glen Moray have been maturing whisky in Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, & Port casks long before cask finishing became fashionable
 
This expression is non-chill filtered, preserving all the natural oils & textures for a fuller mouthfeel, before being matured in first-fill American oak casks, giving intense layers of vanilla, caramel, & spice. These casks have never held whisky before, allowing them to impart the maximum influence from the wood.
 
Nose: Chocolate, Pepper & Toasted Oak
 
Palate: Gingerbread, Toasted Nuts, Spice & Wood
 
Finish: Warm & Toasty with pepper & cinnamon
