An independent bottler isn’t a distillery. Instead, it’s a company or brand that sources whisky from distilleries, usually buys entire casks, & bottles under its own label. These bottlers don’t make the spirit, they curate it. They choose the casks, decide how long it should mature, pick the bottling strength and style the label you see on the bottle.
 
Jura 15-Year-Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Jura, known for its rich, smoky, and complex flavours. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks

Nose: Orange, peach & apricot
Palate: Tropical fruits with a light spice, salt & oak
Finish: Warm spice with cinnamon & nuts
