The use of Manzanilla sherry casks results in a delicate, briny character with notes of sea air, citrus, & light fruitiness. This makes it different from other whiskies aged in more traditional sherry casks, such as Oloroso
 
The expression is a limited edition release, made from a single cask, with each bottle of this single cask release hand-numbered, adding an exclusive touch
