Matured in a non-climate controlled warehouse meaning that the summer heat and freezing winter weather have an impact on the character and flavour of this whisky.
 
Aged for at least 10 years in oak casks before spending an unspecified time in rum barrels which have a major impact on this whiskey.
 
 
Nose: Honey and dried fruit, with a hint of pecans and rye
 
Palate: Sweet brown sugary notes, caramel and subtle spicy notes
 
Finish: Brown sugar and oak
