This is an Indian single malt using barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and matured in bourbon casks. Demera sugars add sweetness and spices from the region make this a unique offering that has won multiple awards such as the Liquid Gold Award by Jim Murray, the spirit Business Gold award and the Oran Mor Award, a steel at £45 a bottle. 46% ABV
 
On the Nose: The distiller suggests you'll find a sweet fragrance, with cinnamon, honey, and spices.
 
To Taste: An interesting concept of cocoa with crunchy bar like crispness, smooth honey, and sweet spices
 
To Finish: A smooth relaxed finish, with a mild spices & intense vanilla.
