Mars Kasei is a blended Japanese whisky from Mars Shinshu Distillery, which is Japan's highest whisky distillery. Named after the Japanese word for Mars (Kasei), this whisky aims to capture the essence of the planet it is named after. 
 
Colour: Light gold or pale amber.
Aroma: The nose is light and fruity with a mix of apple, pear, and peach. There's a hint of vanilla and honey, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a touch of maltiness.
Taste: On the palate, Mars Kasei is smooth and approachable. It opens with sweet flavors of ripe fruit, including apples and peaches, which are followed by honey and vanilla. There are hints of spice, such as cinnamon and ginger, adding depth to the flavor profile.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is soft and light, making it an easy-drinking whisky.
