Glencadam 10 year old Single Malt

Glencadam have aged their spirit, solely in American oak bourbon barrels for 10 years, and the whisky is natural coloured and non-chill filtered.  This whisky has won multiple awards for it's clean, crisp taste.
 
Glencadam distillery was opened in 1825 in Brechin, which is located in the Eastern Highlands.  The distillery hasn't changed much and I'm 2021 they reinstalled a working water mill, to reflect how the distillery works have been powered back in 1825.
 
Nose: Vanilla, honey, cut hay as well as apple and cinnamon
Palate: Vanilla, grass, citrus fruits aplenty
Finish: Medium to long, with Lemon, vanilla and cinnamon
